RackFoundry DeskPi RackMate T2 NAS and Cluster Pro Kit
The T2 NAS and Cluster Pro Kit is our most complete 10-inch build, for home-labbers running a cluster and storage side by side. It is based on the 12U DeskPi RackMate T2, whose 260mm depth makes room for one-litre PCs, a Minisforum MS-01 class machine or a 4-bay desktop NAS.
Power is handled two ways. A DeskPi DC PDU Lite (seven channels, up to 24V/8A, 3A per channel) feeds DC devices, and a Kenable 3-way UK 13A surge-protected PDU powers mains devices and the DC PDU's own supply. Two T2-specific 260mm 1U shelves hold your kit, a DeskPi 1U 12-port Cat6 keystone panel handles patching, and a DeskPi 2U dual fan panel keeps air moving through a busy rack.
Everything is chosen for the T2's 260mm depth family and #10-32 rails, so the shelves fit properly with no gaps. Parts come from more than one UK supplier and may arrive in separate parcels.

Compatibility notes
- Comfortable for devices up to about 185mm deep once rear cables are allowed for.
- Uses T2-specific 260mm shelves only. T0/T1 200mm shelves are not included or recommended.
- DC PDU total budget about 190W at 24V; mains devices use the Kenable PDU.

Frequently asked questions
Will a 4-bay NAS fit?
A Synology DS923+ class NAS (about 223mm deep) fits inside the 260mm depth, but rear cables will be tight.
Do I still need power bricks?
DC devices that match the DC PDU's output can run from it. Others use their own bricks plugged into the Kenable UK PDU.
