Where we deliver
We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only (England, Wales and mainland Scotland, excluding the areas below). We hope to add more areas later.
Areas we cannot deliver to at present:
- Scottish Highlands and Islands, including postcodes beginning HS, IV, KW, ZE, PA20 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH17 to PH26, PH30 to PH44, PH49, PH50, KA27, KA28 and parts of AB (AB36 to AB38, AB55 and AB56)
- Northern Ireland (BT)
- Isle of Man (IM), Isles of Scilly (TR21 to TR25) and the Channel Islands (GY, JE)
- BFPO addresses and PO boxes
If your postcode is excluded, checkout will tell you before you pay. If you are not sure, email [email protected] and we will check whether a quote is possible.
How long delivery takes
Most of our orders are dispatched directly from our UK supply partners. Each product page shows a typical delivery time.
| Item type | Typical delivery |
|---|---|
| In-stock parcel items (10-inch racks, shelves, PDUs, patch panels, 19-inch accessories) | 1-3 working days |
| 19-inch wall cabinets | 1-3 working days |
| Rackmount chassis and AV shelves | 2-5 working days |
| Floor-standing cabinets, soundproof cabinets and pallet deliveries | Typically 3-7 working days, sometimes longer |
| Kits with parts from more than one supplier | Parts may arrive separately, usually within the longest time above |
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed after our suppliers' daily cut-off (often 15:30), or at weekends, are processed the next working day. These are estimates, not guarantees. If an item is out of stock at our supplier, we will email you with a new date and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.
Delivery charges
Delivery to UK mainland addresses is free on orders of £100 or more. Orders under £100 pay a flat delivery charge of £9.95. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay. As we are not VAT registered, no VAT is added.
Signature and safe delivery
- Most orders need a signature on delivery, as rack equipment is valuable. Please make sure someone aged 18 or over can receive it.
- Parcel couriers (usually DPD or similar) normally send a tracking link and a one-hour delivery window, and may let you rearrange delivery.
- If no one is in, the courier will usually try again or leave a card. Uncollected parcels may be returned to the sender; if that happens we will contact you, and we may deduct the cost of re-delivery from any refund.
Large and pallet deliveries
- Floor-standing cabinets (for example 15U, 24U and 42U cabinets and the APC NetShelter Soundproof) are delivered on a pallet or by a two-person crew, as arranged by the supplier.
- Pallet deliveries are normally kerbside. The driver will not take the cabinet into the building or upstairs. Please arrange help to move it, as large cabinets can weigh 50kg to over 100kg.
- The pallet carrier will usually phone or text to arrange a day. Please tell us about any access issues (narrow lanes, no large-vehicle access, weight limits) when you order.
Multiple deliveries
Our kits combine parts from different UK suppliers, so you may receive more than one delivery, each with its own tracking. Your dispatch emails will list what is in each delivery.
Checking your delivery
Please check your goods when they arrive. If the packaging is damaged, note this on the courier's device or paperwork and tell us within 48 hours of delivery if you can, with photos. See our Returns and Refunds page. Your legal rights are not affected.
